Terms of Service

Accounts are created at checkout together with a credit order. There is no free trial, demo tier or evaluation account. You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you submit and for keeping your password, which must contain at least 8 characters, confidential.

The platform is credit-based. One credit costs €0.10 and the minimum order is 50 credits. Credits are deducted per completed service according to the published rates. Credits do not expire, are non-transferable between organisations and hold no cash value outside the platform.

Bank transfer is currently the available payment method. Bank details and an invoice are emailed after the order is placed. Card, PayPal and Stripe payments are announced as coming soon and are not selectable. Credits are released to your balance once cleared funds are received.

You retain all rights to the product photography and material data you upload. On payment, you receive a worldwide, perpetual licence to use the generated renders for commercial catalogues, e-commerce, presentations and advertising.

We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance is announced in advance where practicable. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from downtime.

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy. Unused credits in a lawfully closed account are handled under the Refund Policy.

These terms are governed by Polish law, with the courts of Poznań having exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules.
